The sole idea of communism was initially marketed and eventually sold as a better and superior version of the capitalism. There was no contradiction going on, it was diminished and eventually it turned silent. Only beautiful lies laid upon the hypocrisy and mediocrity of the people who believed. The illusion of achieving in months what capitalism was able to squeeze in generations.
If capitalism was Sisyphus, communism was fucking launching rocks into the sky at the speed of light, but only after to realize that they were trying to move into the wrong direction.
It’s very sad to conclude that those who believed were in prevalence and it’s very sad to conclude that they were wrong. And more, it’s sad to conclude that it changed the way whole generations think.
How are you acting on that conclusion?
